Return & Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you are free to request a return&exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return process steps below.
Policy
Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, with all labels, invoices, and packaging (including the carton, dust bag, and chain) intact (except for returns due to damage or defects). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of the return and no additional service fee is charged. We will notify you after we have received your return and processed the refund.
Please note: Except for product quality issues or those we are responsible for, any customs duties and fees incurred for returns due to personal reasons are the customer's responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

we cannot accept returns on sale items or items marked as non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new product to ensure product availability.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
