• For pre-sale orders of out-of-stock items, it generally takes 15–30 days to restock (the specific restocking time will be indicated on the product page). Once restocked, your order will be processed within 1–2 days. After processing, we will begin shipping.
• International shipping times vary depending on the destination country/region. Generally, international shipping takes 15–20 days.

For free/standard shipping, we use local postal services, such as USPS, Royal Mail, and LePost.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are not liable for any loss.
