1.    What is the shipping cost

2.    How long will it take to receive my order
• For in-stock orders, we usually need 1-2 days to process your order.
• For pre-sale orders or out-of-stock items, it generally takes 10-15 days to restock (the specific restocking time will be indicated on the product page). Once restocked, your order will be processed within 1-2 days. After processing, we will begin shipping.
• International shipping times vary depending on the destination country/region. Generally, international shipping takes 7-15 days.
(Please note that international shipping may be delayed due to factors such as weather or customs clearance. We recommend confirming the shipping policies and customs requirements of the destination country before placing your order.)

3.    Which shipping carriers do you use

For free/standard shipping, we use local postal services, such as USPS, Royal Mail, and LePost.

For express shipping, we use courier companies like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location.

4.    Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.

5.    Incorrect address policy

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is entered correctly.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are not liable for any loss.

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you are free to request a return&exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return process steps below.

Policy

Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, with all labels, invoices, and packaging (including the carton, dust bag, and chain) intact (except for returns due to damage or defects). Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of the return and no additional service fee is charged. We will notify you after we have received your return and processed the refund.

Please note: Except for product quality issues or those we are responsible for, any customs duties and fees incurred for returns due to personal reasons are the customer's responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

we cannot accept returns on sale items or items marked as non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges 
To exchange other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new product to ensure product availability.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
